The renovation of Downtown Garland Square is complete, which calls for a big celebration! While residents and visitors continued to visit the downtown merchants, they excitedly envisioned a transformed downtown.
Wider sidewalks and new additions to the square are ready and eager to receive and welcome everyone to celebrate a newly revitalized and redesigned Downtown Square.
